Apsaraflowers.com has integrated PayPal payment gateway. You can pay through any of the leading credit cards i.e. Visa, Master Card, Diners Club Card, JCB. You can also pay through Online bank transfer if you have online banking facility in any of the leading banks of India.

 

Is the Payment Made by me and my Credit Card Details Secure?

Yes, the payment gateway integrated is of PayPal, which is a secure gateway verified by Verisign.

 

Are there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

No, there is no charge except that’s mentioned along with the Order.

 

What are delivery charges on Apsaraflowers.com?

Delivery all over India is free, i.e. there is no delivery or any other charges.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all destinations listed on the destinations page. We can also deliver on your behalf to any other remote or unlisted destination in India, but some extra charges will be required depending upon the items and proximity of destination from the nearest major city since arrangements will have to be made to send a special person for your delivery.

 

Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day?

Yes, same day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed till 1500 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) as shown on the top right of this page. Orders received after 1500 Hrs will be executed on the next day.

 

Can I send some message along with the Flowers?

Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.

 

How do I know if Apsaraflowers.com has received my order?

As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also order status is updated in the order tracking section, the status can be checked there.

 

 

How can I cancel or reschedule an order?

Customer Support Timings: 09:00 am to 9:00 pm (IST). Any changes in the order information can be made only if intimated at least 1 day    prior to the delivery of the order.

 

You can’t change/cancel your same day order once you made confirmation.

Do you deliver on Sundays & Holidays?

We deliver on Sunday, but we not deliver on Holidays.
