4). Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

5).If ordered flowers / cake /sweets & other products are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /sweets or other products of equal value.

6).Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town.

7).In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours after receipt of the order and payment.

8).In case of flowers, cakes & sweets (all being perishable products) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

9).order will be delivered on your mentioned date during the day time 9:00 am to 9:00pm (IST).
Same day (orders received before 3:00pm (IST) delivery will be delivered up to 9:00pm. (Your order only will be delivered only after receipt of the payment.)

10).If some ordered items are not available in your ordered city (city mentioned where your want the delivery) than any other item of same price will be delivered.

11).If you place any order over the phone or through email or through telephonic discussion it will be automatically considered that you agree with our terms and condition mentioned in our website.

12).Customer Support Timings 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (IST) only.

13).We will try our best to solve the issues/complaints received as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee to solve the issue within any possible time limits.

14).Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have the right to cancel the order and get refund of your money (after deduction of bank and any other office expenses).

15).No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

16).The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

17).All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Rajkot (Gujarat) only in India.

18). In case of any confusion about the delivery address or in case our delivery boy is unable to locate the address, we reserve the right to call the recipient at the given phone number.

20).Since flower arrangement, cakes, fruit baskets are handmade and subject to regional / local taste , there may be a slight variation from the picture shown .Availability of particular flower or other item may also lead to the change of composition of arrangement. However we try our best to deliver the products as per the image.

21). In case of any complaint against the quality of product and service all such claim should be raised within 48 Hours of delivery. Refund can also be made depending on nature of complaint and any decision to refund is sole prerogative of the owner of the website.

22). In case a customer wants to cancel an order he/she needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases some of the ordered amount will be deducted as expenses.

23). if the payment is not received before 24 hours of delivery date than order will not be delivered however if you clear payment on delivery date than order will be delivered on next working day.
